WLCH Radio Centro (91.3 FM) is a subsidiary of the Spanish American Civic Association. It is licensed as a public educational station and broadcasts in Spanish and English 18 hours a day.

Established in 1987 WLCH Radio Centro quickly became the voice of Lancaster's Latino community and its preferred source for news, information and entertainment.  Today WLCH Radio Centro is the primary source of information for the Latino community in Lancaster County.

Managed by a professional staff, WLCH Radio Centro is kept on the air by the contribution and unique skills of more than 40 dedicated on-air volunteers.
