The Spanish American Civic Association’s (SACA) mission is to foster and facilitate the cultural, social, civic and economic development of the Latino Community of the City and County of Lancaster through the provision of human services, employment and training, and behavioral health services.

SACA's extensive human services network is neighborhood based and operated by a group of dedicated bilingual professionals and talented community residents that provide a vital link to the Latino community.  Our clients are able to access a wide variety of needed services they would otherwise find difficult to receive.
